This project consisted of constructing 148 1, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, sky gardens and penthouses. The interiors of these apartments were completed by world renowned designer Louise Bradley.

This project was part of an ongoing rejuvenation of the Putney area, including Tileman House, Upper Richmond Road, Carlton House and Langham Square via different projects.

The Putney Plaza project included Capital House, Century House, the Beacon Tower and Shelbourne Lodge.

Putney Plaza apartments also incorporated a state of the art gym, restaurants and bar and concierge services.

The project is in South West London on the banks of the river thames. The bridge near this project is the traditional starting point for the "boat race" involving Oxford and Cambridge universities.
