This project involved construction of 577 new student rooms and the refurbishment of 214 existing rooms, over 1000 sqm of office space as well as the new student rooms.

The company formed by Bouygues Development and Derwent Living, in partnership with the University of Gloucestershire.

The project transformed the Campus, originally used since 2011, into an appealing and contemporary facility, including the provision of gyms, dining halls, a faith room, a new students union office, over 1000 sqm of office space for staff as well as the new student rooms. All this is contained in 5 new cluster blocks and 3 new town houses, accommodating disabled suite accommodation as well as communal living spaces.
