Burnham House was originally built in 1970s as a Nursing home. Now converted to 41 two-bedroom apartments.

Unfortunately, it had been left empty since 2008. Abbeyfield, a well-known Nursing home care provider, brought Burnham House and engaged Leadbitter to create a brand-new development providing 52 apartments for rent and sale aimed at older people with the ability to provide onsite care and support.

Burnham House was turned into a community setting with 8 one bedroom and 41 two-bedroom apartments, complete with a landscaped courtyard and 24/7 domiciliary care if needed.
